Application Guide

Tooling the Sealant: Immediately after application, tool the sealant with a spatula or similar tool to smooth the surface and ensure proper contact with the substrate. This step also helps achieve the desired finish. Curing: Allow the sealant to cure as directed by the manufacturer. Depending on the ambient temperature, ATECHFLEX® POLY GREY usually skins over after a few hours and completely cures 24 to 48 hours. Painting and Finishing: Once fully cured, ATECHFLEX® POLY GREY can be emulsion or sanded to match the surrounding area. Ensure the sealant is fully cured before applying paint or other finishes.
