Liquid Membrane for balcony’s and other trafficable areas. ATECHPROOF ® Balcony is a liquid membrane that has Class II elongation properties. It can be used for long-term waterproofing and works really well with pedestals. By controlling the amount of application and the thickness of the layer, it can be cured into a flexible and waterproof coating or membrane. It is resistant to mold and algae growth and can withstand the ravages of nature. Due to the fact that the membrane is waterproof while at the same time permitting the substrate to breathe, blistering is less prone to occur. This high-quality product would be at home on various outdoor areas, including balconies, and patios, to name just a few options. This item can be applied to cement-based substrates, including concrete, fiber cement sheet, cement screeds, and cement renders. The coverage ratio of ATECHPROOF ® Balcony is between five and ten square meters per kilogram. At a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, the drying period advised is 24 hours (2 to 4 hours between coatings). The product is in a 15 litre container and has a grey hue.
